Oil Giant Company Caltex continues to expand its retail footprint across the country as it opens five new service stations in Cavite, Bacolod City, Tagbilaran City, and Puerto Princesa City. Fifteen new Caltex stations have opened just this year, even during enhanced quarantine periods.
The leading oil company recently opened a new Caltex station in Trece Martires-Indang Road, Trece Martires City, Cavite. Located in the heart of Cavite Province, Trece Martires is the trading center of various agriculture produce, such as coffee and sugar cane. The 12-pump fueling station is also expected to serve neighboring cities and municipalities in Cavite. This station operates from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the modified general community quarantine (MGCQ).
Chevron has also opened two new Caltex service stations in the country’s famous tropical paradise—Palawan. Both located in Puerto Princesa City, the 12-pump fueling station in Brgy. San Jose operates 24 hours, while the service station in Brgy. Sicsican is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. The two sites are now ready to further improve the journey of locals.
In the Visayas area, the new Caltex service station stands along Alijis Road in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. The eight-pump fueling station will supply the fuel needs of Bacolodnons. Located in the Sugar bowl of the Philippines, Bacolod City is also a sweet spot for trade in the entire province making it the most populous urban area. This station operates from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the general community quarantine (GCQ).
Across the Negros island region is the third new Caltex service station. It is situated in Brgy. San Isidro, Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Serving one of the largest barangays of Tagbilaran City, this six-pump fueling station operates from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the MGCQ.
“We continue to provide uninterrupted fuel supply to the country’s needs and grow our retail network to help in the steady recovery of the economy. More businesses are starting to open up and more vehicles are filling the streets. They will need access to safe and quality fuels which Caltex offers in our growing retail network in key urban centers and thoroughfares across the country,” said Louie Zhang, Chairman of Chevron Philippines Inc.
The 15 new Caltex service stations in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, with more underway, attest to the strength of the Caltex brand and its business model for entrepreneurs.
“Chevron remains committed to making the Filipino motorists’ journey a wonderful ride. We will continue to open Caltex stations across the country to serve more customers with their fuel needs and provide other vehicle or motorists support,” added Zhang.
