The highly anticipated 2025 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) has officially opened its doors to the motoring public, marking its 20th year as the premier automotive event in the Philippines. For car enthusiasts and prospective buyers alike, MIAS has long been the ultimate destination to explore, experience, and test the latest innovations and offerings in the local automotive scene.

And why not? The folks over at Worldbex Services International—MIAS’s powerhouse organizers—have been pulling off this automotive spectacle for two decades now, bringing together the hottest models (cars, of course!) and top global brands under one roof.

Their theme, “Driven by Connection,” brings together the entire automotive world—bridging brands, innovators, and enthusiasts alike—to create one unforgettable, turbo-charged event. MIAS remains a hub for innovation, inspiration, and community. And this year, we proudly celebrate the meaningful connections we’ve built—connections that continue to fuel a future full of possibilities.

The Opening Ceremonies of MIAS 2025 were hosted by celebrity car enthusiast James Deakin, whose vibrant energy captured the attention of the thousands in attendance. Mr. Joseph Ang, the Founding Chairman of WSI, delivered an inspiring address to the distinguished guests, VIPs, exhibitors, and visitors, officially kicking off the 20th-year celebration.

The event was honored by key figures in the automotive and public service sectors, including Hon. Mayor Imelda Calixto-Rubiano, City Mayor of Pasay City; Hon. Atty. Romando Artes, Chairman of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA); and Hon. Sec. Vince Dizon of the Department of Transportation, represented by Hon. Usec. Mark Steven Pastor.

They were joined by WSI executives, Board members, and MIAS co-founders—Mrs. Levi Ang (Co-founding Chair of WSI), Ms. Jill Aithnie Ang (Managing Director of WSI), Arch. Flameno Jr. (WSI Executive Director), Rene Ramos (WSI Director), Tessie Roque (WSI Director), Mr. Alvin Uy (Co-organizer of MIAS), and Mr. Jason Ang (Co-organizer of MIAS). This year’s opening ceremony emphasized the dynamic evolution of the automotive industry and reflected on how far it has come over the past two decades.

The Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) officially opens from April 10 until April 13, 2025, from 10 AM to 9 PM at the World Trade Center Metro Manila.
