Hino Motors Philippines (HMP), the exclusive distributor of Hino trucks and buses in the country, has strengthened its dealership network in Mindanao with the groundbreaking of its first dealership in Butuan City.
The new dealership, which strategically located at the heart of Agusan del Norte, stands along the national highway connecting the neighboring cities in the island, including Davao and Cagayan de Oro.
Vicente T. Mills, Jr., Chairman of Hino Motors Philippines (HMP), said, “It always gives us a sense of pride and fulfillment whenever we see a dealership finally ready to service the Filipinos in the area. We continue to seek opportunities to reach more people and businesses as we pursue our vision of a more connected and sustainable community where trucks and buses transport people and goods in the fastest and most reliable way possible.”
Offering commercial vehicle sales, service and spare parts, Hino Butuan will be the newest one-stop-shop to support the thriving businesses in the region. It’s principle of Total Support extends to its after-sales program, ensuring every product is maintained properly so it can handle all delivery and logistics tasks efficiently.
“We believe that Butuan City is one of the most-promising cities in the Caraga region. With this optimistic outlook, we are happy to launch Hino Butuan as a full-line 3S dealership center that will cater to the growing transport needs of customers and businesses here in Northern Mindanao’s trading hub,” says HMP President Mitsuharu Tabata.
Hino Butuan is owned and managed by Toyota Cagayan de Oro, Inc, headed by its President and Chairman Betty Lu and President and General Manager Peter Lim Lo Suy.
The company has been engaged in the assembly and exclusive distribution of quality Hino trucks and buses in the Philippines for more than 40 years now. HMP addresses the transport needs of businesses ranging from small and medium enterprises to big corporations by providing safe, durable and reliable trucks and buses.
