After years of waiting, Nissan Philippines officially unveiled the iconic sport Z-car, the Nissan 370Z. Known as the Fairlady Z Z34 in Japan, the 370Z deserves a standing ovation as one of the main highlight at the 7th Philippine International Motor Show.
Design-wise, the 370Z NISMO’s GTR-inspired functional and fully integrated aerodynamic body pieces proved an aggressive and more aerodynamic appearance, along with optimizing front and read down force.
Power comes from a potent 350 horsepower of 3.7-liter DOHC V6 engine with variable valve event and lift control (VVEL) torque is rated at 276 lb-ft. It features a refined 4-wheel independent suspension NISMO brand strut tower brace for enhanced body rigidity and a pair of performance dampers to help minimize road input vibrations and help contribute in the 370Z NISM high levels of handling and performance field.
Ramesh Narasimhan, President and Managing Director of Nissan Philippines, said, “We have definitely seen a lot of interest and positive response to the GT-R NISMO and we want to reach more Filipinos looking for more excitement in their cars through this latest offering of performance vehicles.”
Nissan also introduced the new Juke NISMO, which is known for its unique styling and dynamic performance, combining crossover utility and sports car sensibilities.
For the Philippine market, the Juke NISMO will be carrying the aerodynamic body kit. The vehicle also comes with the cutting-edge I-CON System that customizes the driving experience. Drivers can easily switch between driving modes, whether it’s a fuel-efficient drive or a thrilling adventure.

The iconic Nissan GT-R NISMO is displayed alongside the two future additions to the Japanese automaker’s NISMO lineup, which will be introduced to the market in the later part of 2019.
