It’s so encouraging to see companies that are investing and demonstrating the significant value of each employees.

This is what we’ve seen to Japanese car brand Isuzu on their annual Isuzu Service Skills Olympics (ISSO) that recognizes the importance of the key dealer Parts and Service personnel, namely the service advisor, service technician, and parts personnel in providing quality service and customer satisfaction, and improves the theoretical and technical skills of these key personnel.

Now on its 13th year, the event also serves as the main platform where Isuzu will develop two teams to represent the Philippines in the upcoming 2018 Isuzu World Technical Competition to be held in Thailand on September 12, 2018 (for the light commercial vehicle or LCV category) and in Japan on December 6, 2018 (for the commercial vehicle or CV category).
