Japanese auto brand Suzuki is extending its FREE 15-point comprehensive checkup campaign to help motorists (whether Suzuki or non-Suzuki vehicle owners) maintain the condition of their vehicles in the rainy season.
Dubbed as Suzuki @ Work, the campaign help boost its loyal patrons and new customers on its after-sales service with FREE comprehensive checkup. The vehicles will go through 4 different service bays where the general condition, under chassis, and under the hood of the cars are examined by highly qualified pool of technicians.
From July 25 to September 24, motorists can bring their cars for a free check-up at any Suzuki branch. Customers can also replace their wiper blades for as low as P250.00 and enjoy other discounts.
Suzuki Auto Nueva Ecija was the first stopover of the Suzuki @ Work this year, where participants were able to take advantage of the FREE services plus exciting discounts. Several other dealerships, including Suzuki Auto Iloilo, saw the positive response of motorists to the institutionalized 2-day service camp.
In 2015, a total of 690 customers participated from Suzuki PH FREE checkup service, a turnout that continues to inspire the company to sustain the campaign.
Shuzo Hoshikura, SPH Automobile General Manager, said,“It gives us a sense of joy to conduct these series of service camps and treats to help our loyal patrons, and we appreciate their positive response. We promise to continue to bring and even improve our after-sales initiatives even as we keep on strengthening our market presence.”
Hoshikura explained, “Our 37-percent sales growth in the first half—a figure that’s higher than the industry mid-year growth of 27.1-percent—keeps us more enthusiastic about our campaigns. As such, we intend to hold more Suzuki @ Work in different locations until the end of the year.”
Suzuki @ Work, the Free Check-Up Service Campaign (FCSC) which Suzuki Philippines Inc (SPH) launched in January 2014, has received overwhelming response and participation for the past two years. Aside from getting the comprehensive checkup, customers can also avail great discounts on spare parts and labor at every service camp.
