Reigning Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach was back in town to personally witness the crowning of the next batch of Binibining Pilipinas winners at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum including her successor as Bb. Pilipinas-Universe, Maxine Medina.

Wurtzbach has won over fans anew by breaking tradition to deliver her farewell speech as Bb. Pilipinas-Universe queen live—instead of the usual recording while doing a customary walk on the event stage.

Also present to witness the event were Miss USA and Miss Universe 2nd runner-up Olivia Jordan, who accepted a gracious invitation from Wurtzbach to come visit the country. The two became fast friends at the Miss Universe competition at Las Vegas where Pia became the first candidate from the Philippines to win the crown in 42 years.

Tasked with the much-envied privilege of shuttling the two royal beauties around the metro was the luxuriously capable Porsche Cayenne SUV made exceedingly comfortable by its 6-level suspension and powered by a 3.6-liter V6 with 300 hp on tap and a torque-rich 400Nm. Mated to the engine is a smooth-shifting eight-speed Tiptronic gearbox which perfectly harnesses the performance without jarring the Miss Universe winners.

Now stationed in New York, Wurtzbach and Jordan are working together on charities and an undisclosed special project. The Cayenne closed its assignment by bringing the beauty queens to the airport separately after their commitments.
